Porous - Hydroxyapatite Nanoflakes by Ascorbic Acid Additive in wet- chemical Combustion Synthesis

چکیده

Abstract— Porous Hydroxyapatite (HAP, Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 possessing bioactivity, biocompatibility, solubility and adsorption is highly useful as a biomaterial in various applications . Pure HAP nanoparticles were synthesized at moderate temperatures by wet chemical synthesis and subjecting it to combustion method with a organic fuel ( ascorbic acid). The X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and Fourier transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrometry were used to characterize these nanoparticles,and the morphological features of these particles were observed by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
